1.What is MOFPI ?

MOFPI means Ministry Of Foor Processing Industry. Under MOFPI GOI has given different schemes as below

- Scheme for creation of infrastructure for Agro Processing Clusters (APC)

- Scheme for creation/ expansion of Food Processing And Preservation Capacities (CEFPPC/ Unit Scheme)

- Scheme for Mega Food Park

- Scheme for Cold Chain


Who can apply?

- Any Individual

- Any Company


What are the documents required?

- Business registration proofs

- Details of Land

- Details of Machinery

- Details of Investment

- Profile of firm

- Net worth of firm/ directors/ partners


Subsidy?

Upto 35% or 50% of total eligible project cost given as per guidelines

Timeline?

6-8 months from the date of application
