Unschool is a platform in which you can learn, intern and earn.

Unschool witness a generation that asks questions, has opinions

and takes initiative to make the world a better place.

As unschoolers, we’re catalysts of education for this generation.

Unschool: The inspired act of venturing beyond conventional ways

ULead is unschool’s flagship internship program for students to

upskills themselves while reinventing learning and transforming

live with us. Embark on fulfilling journey to experience, create ,

nurture and carry out multiple aspects of what makes our

organization click, right from sales, to marketing in various

segments.

LEARN INTERN EARN

There are two levels of interniship programme. Level 1- Youth

influencer and Level 2- Youth Leader. Let us get to know roles of

both.

Level 1-Youth Influencer.

Youth influencer works on marketing unschool courses, building

operations and getting matches , and advertising on different

social media platforms. Get promoted to next level on successful

completion of given tasks. Some tasks are:

1. Marketing and Promoting Unschool courses on social media

and college groups.

2. Performing branding and advertising activities for Unschool in

colleges.

3. Market research of colleges and student groups for customer

acquisition.

Level 2-Youth Leader.

Youth leaders llead the revolution by building and mentoring a

team and ace at leadership skills and operations. They represent

unschool at events and build marketing and operations statistics.

Some tasks are:

1. Executing marketing and sales campaigns as set by the

manager.

2. Recruiting and leading Youth Influencers.

3. Market research and customer behaviour analysis.

4. Aid in daily aspects of promoting the business campaigns.
